Using DANATEQ’s LINKTM Cognitive Streaming Analytics, Telenor is not only able to profile their subscribers in real-time, but also identify individual contexts, where each subscriber can be engaged effectively. LINK’s real-time actions allow for on-the-spot up-sell/cross-sell, recommendations, and rewarding. Machine learning algorithms work on incremental data, without any dependency on a fixed data set, training models as campaigns are running. and continuously improving the campaign results. The implementation is now complete for two (2) business units and the roll-out to the rest continues.
